Not long ago, I found myself in a place I never expected. Chronic illness had taken over my life, and everything I thought I knew—about health, success, motherhood, and my own identity—suddenly no longer made sense. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward.
At the time, like so many others, I believed change had to be big and all-consuming to matter. I thought I needed to fix everything at once to feel better. But I didn’t have the capacity for that. What I did have, however, was the ability to do something small. A tiny act of care. A mindful moment. A 7-minute break just for me.
Gradually, what I discovered through that season changed everything: tiny shifts create big change. Over time, those small choices began to build momentum. My energy started to come back. My confidence returned. And with it, a new perspective—one rooted in grace, simplicity, and progress over perfection.
